Obama said this about his drone policy. It doesn't appear to be boastful, more likely that the former community organizer's most successful program has been killing terrorists by remote control.
Goes back to the old idea that a man or woman will have grand visions about what they will do once elected POTUS and find out what the job really entails.

I support the use of drones for a lot of reasons. Focusing on the OP in this thread, I don't support dumbarse comments from politicians, B.O being one of the dumbest. He already says he has no idea what's going on in his administration or in any other part of the Fed, so he certainly has nothing to do with unmanned aircraft.
That is the great question about Obama. Detached leader who delegates everything? A man who just doesn't like the day to day operation of being president. Or a guy who is out of his depth and can't be troubled.
