An exciting new-and-improved definition of an ACA enrollee

The WSJ‘s Monday scoop that around 40,000 to 50,000 people have so far managed to actually enroll through the federal exchange website would put the Obama administration at about an underwhelming ten percent of their October enrollment goal alone, or just over one percent of their total target for the six-month enrollment period;

Sarah Kliff at the Washington Post reports that the Obama administration will use a rather more inclusive definition than the ‘traditional’ one, and include both people who have actually purchased a plan as well as people who have an insurance plan sitting in their online shopping cart in their account:

Wow, digging to the bottom of the dishonesty barrel again :rofllol

I've probably got $100,000 worth of unpurchased mechandise sitting in online shopping carts... what a joke. Whatever it takes to convince the sheep this isn't a massive failure.

Abandoned carts count? Even more playing with numbers. Ask Amazon if they are allowed to count abandoned carts in their daily sales totals.

This is what they do with the CBO also... give them whatever numbers they think/hope/imagine will help their argument and the CBO spits out the BS answer. What was the original cost of the ACA again? lol
