1. If being poor or being in poverty is an illness, a sickness, it can become a pre-existing condition and if you stop paying, you may be able to never get cancelled....
2. If you want to know the direction of the ACA track what the admin calls it. Look at the frequency of ACA vs. Obamacare over time. When the change that Fred is talking of is coming, they will start using ACA way more. If the ACA works and generally improves things, those being critical of it will use the ACA more.
Right now, both sides think they are going to get their way, so they both say Obamacare because to the left it is a compliment, thinking of the greatness to come and to the right it is an insult, because it has the word Obama in it, which they regard as a bad word (like the left regards the word Bush, though this is fading as Bush sounds better and better by the day to everyone).
