Maybe events in Iraq changed their mind? We were supposed to have a continuing presence in Iraq but at the last minute it collapsed under Hillary. Now they are having a civil war and I think Al Maliki wishes we would come back.

If it happens in our representative govt, it is because the people wanted it.....or they were just too busy to care. Either way....we let them war with whoever they want...oh yeah and spend whatever they want on it.
