So is the cop charged with wiretapping if he records me on his dashcam (which, of course, is without my permission)? Um, probably not.

For what it's worth, my favorite cop thinks it's a load of crap, and says that cops should have behavior that causes no concern when being photographed.

I agree with your favorite cop. IMO, as government and the unelected bureaucracy that cleaves to government gets bigger and more powerful it attracts parasites, sycophants, power hungry brown shirts, sadists, perverts, sociopaths and democrats. :Whistle

Some departments started issuing uniform cam's in addition to dash cam's. Cases of abuse dropped. Because the police knew they were being watched? Or accusers knew it was more then he said she said.
