A Denver federal judge has ruled that Colorado sheriffs suing the state over new firearm restrictions don't have standing to proceed with the case.

It's not all bad news, 21 individuals in the same suit have been found to have standing to file suit and the judge pointed out that each sheriff can join the suit as individuals. Let's put the brakes on the feds confiscating our constitutional rights, vote in 2014 and stand up for the the rights the Constitution currently guarantees you as a citizen!

Excuse me, but what does "the Feds" have to do with this article?...

Did you miss the part about "Colorado"??? You should wipe that NRA-issued foam from around your mouth and read a little about the distinctions between "Fed", "State", "County" and "Local" laws...

The Federal courts are deciding on Colorado laws. Pay attention. And you jump for glee every time a federal judge overturns state abortion restrictions.
