Oh wait, can we actually trust these numbers? They lied last time right before the election. And Team Obama would love to take some attention from the multiple failures of the ACA.
Love having an administration that prefers lying to the truth, even on something as innocent on if Barack lived with his uncle.

Democrats: No Budget Deal Without Unemployment Insurance Extension
By Matthew Larotonda | December 5, 2013
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The White House and its Democratic allies are pushing to continue a jobless benefits program set to expire for over a million long-term unemployed without congressional intervention. And while whispers persisted this week that Congress could be close to a budget deal before their holiday break, today Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said her party’s negotiators were insistent on an extension as a bargaining chip.

Doesn't matter. He's lame duck for the rest of his term- many DEMs distancing themselves as some of their constituents finally wake up. Just be thankful he can't get another 4 years to drag this country down.

We hope. I am waiting for the Pres to decide as Messiah that term limits don't apply to him, like so many other things.

tongue: I think the GOP is pretty much going to have to cave on negotiating a new budget deal because of the government shutdown threat. I don't know why they were so stupid to only make it last until January. They should have set it to expire January 2015 after the new election.
Can't be seen ending unemployment benefits or shutting down the government around the holidays. Or take any attention off the tens of millions of Americans losing their insurance thanks to Obama.

Somewhat reminiscence of the sentiment regarding Bush's last months in office......
This MUST be a result of the ACA inspiring businesses to hire more. I'm still trying to figure that logic out... but if Obama says it, it must be true.
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
Sort of. But Bush was working with Pelosi and Harry Reid to bail out the banks and car companies. Obama just whines about how the House won't negotiate. Maybe he needs to compromise more?
