Funny but sad at the same time, the citizens of our formerly great nation did this to themselves - TWICE!
It should go without saying but as the family and friends computer fix it guy, I can't emphasize enough the importance of making sure your patch your OS and applications, run and maintain a firewall for your home network, and make sure your anti-virus and anti-malware applications are up to date. The schisters have been at it since well before the first floating deadline for implementation of Obamacare:

Only the poor and needy need to worry about this and if you have not noticed, people don't give a crap about them - as a personal choice and a matter of public policy. Decent and moral Americans already had proper health insurance (just ask your pres).
That site is just for riffraff and since they needed the assistance anyway, there is little to steal.
Most normal Americans don't go to a govt venue to buy a private product, that is nuts. Just contact the companies like you always have, there are likely only a few offering risk insurance where you live anyway.
There is no need to interact with this or the fake sites. There are likely more fake yahoo, google and amazon sites - and people actually want to go to these places.
