Topless Photo Could Put Mom in Jail

I guess next time have your daughter post a photo of you and your other daughter with your AR-15 in the hot tub.

We've sure got a skewed sense of morality when non-sexual nudity is generating such an uproar.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

The report stated that the picture was taken with the SnapChat phone app. The idea of SnapChat is that you can share photos with friends but they disappear after 10 seconds on your phone.

SnapChat was thinking of adding a feature where you could share the photo for 24 hours but I'm not sure if that option has been added yet.

I'm not sure how anyone could have an actual copy of the photos considering the SnapChat apps limitations.

I suspect there is more to this story then what has been reported.

An article I read said that if a person did a screen capture when they got the pic they could keep it that way.

So, according to this same article, Mom's breasts were covered with her hands/arms. What's the big hoorah? And since her daughter is the one who took the pic, Mom should be considered a victim here. (per her attorney).

When a photograph like this is a stupid prank pulled by one of the other children in the family, it's a crime, but when a professional photographer takes similar pictures, it's art.

See this series of self-portraits of a mother/photographer and her child. Especially the 3rd photo.
