I do wonder if DiBlasio will be all talk. The police guy he hired is a hardcore law and order type. So it might be the new mayor's actions are counter to his words. Lets see if he starts taxing businesses more. In this internet age, Wall Street no longer needs to be in Manhattan, it is in all of our laptops and phones.
