Rep. Henry Waxman(D) from California is finally retiring after 20 terms and 40 years in the House. Has to be one of the ugliest politicians ever. Aren't they supposed to be charismatic?

I wonder who is going to compete for his seat. Is it even slightly possible that his constituents could elect a conservative? Probably a rhetorical question... As for Waxman - good riddance!
