Have to take issue with something in your chart there Bob. Charity, by definition, is a voluntary act. There is no such thing as government sponsored charity because when the government gives out individual subsidies there is no element of voluntary action involved.

It is a matter of semantics. In a liberal dictionary charity is government taking money out of your pocket and giving it to someone else.
If you do it it is called a misallocation of government resources.
The chart is fairly accurate for a quick and easy view of the left, right and liberal and conservative libertarians. I give to a few specific charities by choice, hate funding the freeloaders through government programs.
