The Wall Street Journal had a story yesterday about a coordinated sniper attack on an electrical substations in California. 17 out 19 transformers were knocked out by sniper fire after telephone lines in the area had been cut. The April 2013 attack went on for 20 minutes before police arrived and no suspects were identified or captured.
