Who treats their women better?

DISCLAIMER, I rarely watch Fox News....are the represented females OVER 50? IF not, I would
say there is NO comparison....at least the film industry employs SKILLED AND SEASONED actors
such as Judith Dench, Susan Sarradon, Meryl Streep who are WELL OVER 50....can that be sayed
for Fox?....(the point....AGEISM IS RAMPANT and it is particularly pointed to the female.)JMO

I would say that the older men of Hollywood still get far more work than the older women from my observation, but this wasn't about age. Fox doesn't have just all young women either and I would say the ages are similar to other networks overall. If I had the desire to compare average ages of Hollywood vs Fox I would, but I don't.

There are some older women on Fox. Mainly analysts. But I wouldn't hold Hollywood as an example of non agism. Older actresses are always whining about how scarce their roles are compared to older men like Clooney or Harrison Ford.

Ok I was curious so I looked a few up. These are women who have their own shows or are major anchors.
