After Massachussets courts ruled that it is legal to take upskirt pictures of people, the legislature went to work the next day to pass a law to prevent this. Sometimes these courts go too far. :NoNo:
Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.
I'm pretty open-minded about what consenting adults can do. I don't really care if you're gay -
and frankly - I don't really care if you're a prostitute. I don't really care if you want to make porn. Enjoy yourself.
That said, I don't think this form of voyeurism is ethical, since there's no consent.
I also think there's other problems - like not knowing the age of your subject.
If I saw you in the mall with a toe camera, I'd likely turn you into the mall police (that's big time).
If I were - let's say a web hosting company - I wouldn't want your photos on my system.
In the end, I don't really think the practice is especially harmful (taking tacky photos in public), so I'm not going to make it my life passion or mission.
Reverend Revelant wrote: Deval just sign an quick order to rescind this or something. It's illegal now.
:LMAO: Funny to see how long it took the farmbill to pass and how many millions more people it affected and then this truly minor issue gets taken care of in one day.

There are ALOT of truly important bills languishing BECAUSE the masses are NOT engaged in
the process....been that way for a VERY long, long time....JMO
