MA. Courts: Upskirt Pictures In Public Are Legal

07 Mar 2014 06:59 #1 by FredHayek
After Massachussets courts ruled that it is legal to take upskirt pictures of people, the legislature went to work the next day to pass a law to prevent this. Sometimes these courts go too far. :NoNo:

Well at least Hillary can safely walk the streets of MA.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

at minimum, they're tacky.

I'm pretty open-minded about what consenting adults can do. I don't really care if you're gay -
and frankly - I don't really care if you're a prostitute. I don't really care if you want to make porn. Enjoy yourself.

That said, I don't think this form of voyeurism is ethical, since there's no consent.

I also think there's other problems - like not knowing the age of your subject.

If I saw you in the mall with a toe camera, I'd likely turn you into the mall police (that's big time).

If I were - let's say a web hosting company - I wouldn't want your photos on my system.

In the end, I don't really think the practice is especially harmful (taking tacky photos in public), so I'm not going to make it my life passion or mission.

Upskirt? Toe camera? I am behind the times.

How often have we heard of street video taken in public places being confiscated because it might show police impropriety?

Reminds me of the old Catholic school play, "Do black patent leather shoes really reflect up?"
And the dangers of going commando.

:LMAO: Funny to see how long it took the farmbill to pass and how many millions more people it affected and then this truly minor issue gets taken care of in one day.

Update: NSA will still be allowed to legally take upskirt pictures! Protect Americans by making sure that woman is actually a woman.
