Are you going to quote it or do we have to search for your point?

No...Time for the Feds to get out of the way and let Medicare, Medicaid, and all of the other large scale medical plans NEGOTIATE THEIR OWN PRICES without getting in the way of the Feds.

Which can't be done. The federal government cannot discriminate, which means that it must treat all companies the same, which is why there is an across the board 23.1% discount for all branded medicines by federal statute. That is the best "negotiation" that the federal government has. Which is one of the many, almost innumerable really, reasons why it is a very, very, very bad idea to impose top down management of healthcare for any group, let alone all groups, by the federal government.

Not to mention it doesn't solve the problem that supposedly exists at the moment. Think of it as the 50% off advertised sale price being 50% off retail, not what is normally paid by anyone when the commodity in question isn't placed on sale.

Large scale companies, like Kaiser, already have the ability to negotiate a price on prescriptions and other supplies. Did you not see that mentioned a few pages ago? It's amazing what you miss when you close your eyes and stick your fingers in your ears so that you don't have to deal with reasoned challenges to what you were spoon fed in your echo chamber, isn't it.

NOT surprised at all.....SSDD.....AND with Medicaid increasing by leaps and bounds (because
of Obamacare) the PRICE TAG to the taxpayer is going to be radically increasing because of
$1,000 per pill price point....(I'm not some senile senior who does NOT understand what is
going down)....HEALTHCARE has changed radically BECAUSE of the Pharmco PIGS and THAT is
why I have posted the several threads (that people would like to IGNORE)....the factors are
all tied in TOGETHER......and the sooner the masses realize the reality of THAT,then something
can CHANGE for the better.....JMO
