It'll be interesting to hear the ruling. Like you, I'm not confident that they'll be overturned, particularly in what I see as a prevailing atmosphere of repression and constitutional nullification. The bright side is indeed that our sheriffs choose to obey their oaths of office and the mid-terms are coming up.
And hey, it could be worse. At least we're not in Connecticut or New York - yet!
