And with all that was going on I think the Ludlow massacre didn't get the attention it deserved. Americans firing on other Americans including innocent bystanders. It is still argued whether the troops tried to burn down the tent city or if it was an accident, but women and children died, and more miners died after the tent city fire before the labor dispute was finally settled.
