:LMAO: Park City Ski Resort in Utah forgot to renew their forest service lease so Vail snuck in and bought it.
It is going to be pretty hard to sell lift tickets when Vail has leased the mountain.
Of course, won't it be hard for Vail to run a ski resort in another state when they don't own the base of the mountain.

Think the contract guy who forgot to put "renew Forest Service lease" in his Outlook is checking out want ads this morning?
