Idaho’s state Republican Party convention degenerated into a fiasco Saturday after attempts to disqualify up to a third of the delegates attending appeared to be succeeding – and the convention adjourned without electing a chairman, setting a platform or doing any of its scheduled business.
What I find interesting is that the convention chairman, in charge of running the Idaho state Republican party convention, was Raul Labrador, the tea party favorite campaigning to be the Republican House Majority leader. Looks like he is really leadership material, at least in the eyes of the Tea Party.
