After Prohibition was repealed Mexico border towns and smugglers were expecting a recession. Luckily the Feds banned drugs so the smugglers and the former US federal law enforcement officers still had jobs. Back on topic: will legal MJ in Colorado increase consumption? And will it decrease the use of harder drugs or increase?
