Berkeley California Tries To Solve The Weed Issue

Berkeley wants to require the three medical marijuana dispensaries in town to reserve 2% of the pot sold to be distributed free to low income patients. And it has to be the "good" stuff, not just the leftover "shake".
If anyone here is interested in qualifying, the income limits are 32,000 per person, or 46,000 per family. :beach: America!
