10. Arizona
9. South Dakota
8. West Virginia
7. Tennessee
6. Montana
5. Maine
4. Louisiana
3. Alabama
2. New Mexico
1. Mississippi

Could Big Government reduce our tax burden by ending their state subsidies?? Bad news for the people who live in those states as they would have to pick up the difference, but good for those of us who are paying to keep other states taxes low.

Looks about as I would expect, tracks poverty which has lots of automatic funding.

Surprises are seeing Montana in there.

Noticed Alaska is not listed. Nor Idaho or ND or Utah
