Tom Marino Interupted by Nancy Pelosi

I thought there were rules about who could speak and when on the floor of the House... I guess Nancy doesn't feel like she needs to play by the rules.

Rules are for Republicans. That is why they both start with an R. And that makes about as much sense as some of the convoluted lies coming out of this administration.
