Denver Post: The DEA & Amtrak.

Today in the Post is another example of government wasting taxpayer money. The DEA paid almost $900,000 to get passenger lists covertly from a Amtrak secretary to track illegal drug shipments.
The DEA could have got that information for free! What is going to happen to the secretary who pulled this con? She will be allowed to retire with benefits and looks like a very nice rainy day fund.
