Napa Quake: Wine Bottles & Barrels Broken!

Surprised SC didn't have this thread pinned at the top. All those broken wine bottles and barrels spilling all that good wine down the drain! Plus all those poor people having to clean up and recover from power outages and infrastructure damage.

SC didn't have time to reply. She was hurrying out there to join all the looting! A broken wine bottle or barrel won't stop her from a good wine!!

Too bad future generations aren't here to see all the great things we are spending their $$ on!!

LOL. I'd like to joke about crying over spilled wine, but I'm just glad no one was seriously hurt and that the damage wasn't worse. The next time I make it to Applejacks I'll be specifically buying Napa and Sonoma to help ease their losses...it's the least I can do. :coolwink:

But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

Or hoard Napa wine before it goes through the roof.

2014 grapes are just now being harvested . . . I'm sure some enterprising marketing person can come up with a clever name that references the quake to put on the labels when they get around to crushing and bottling this year's fruit.
