Per NPR, the referendum to decide Scottish independence will be voted on in 10 days. And for the first time, a poll has independence from Britain leading by 51%. Just weeks ago is was suppoed to lose by 20 points.
Interesting after watching Braveheart that in this day and age the citizens themselves will decide this and not be fought out on the battlefield.
How does England feel about this? Politically it is interesting, the Conservative Party would gain if it happens since a bunch of Labour supporters live there, but they don't like the idea of Great Britain being split up.
