Aurora Theater Shooter Lawsuit

The family of one of the victims is pursuing a civil lawsuit against the companies that sold ammo by mail to the shooter. Shouldn't they be suing the shooter instead? They claim the companies were negligent in not asking the customer what he was going to use the ammunition for.
Think he would have told them the truth?
Should an interrogation also happen when people buy a knife at Wal-Mart? Or buying gasoline? "Are you going to stab someone with this knife? Are you going to make a Molotov cocktail out of this gasoline?"

Just shows how desperate some people are to sue anyone that may have any money to go after. I hope it gets tossed

The only responsible party for the tragic event was the shooter and to a small extent the Theater chain for a stupid policy and no armed guards after denying concealed carry.

The silent majority will be silent no more.
