Do you think we need legislation to force people to do this, or can we just leave it up to individual businesses and folks? Me, I think we have too much legislation about things that should be market driven already, tho I can understand the point that businesses feel the pressure to open against competitors or are greedy and will abuse their employees making them work. I dislike the statement "they can always find somewhere else to work" - something like this shouldn't be a fire-able offense or be held against them.
