In that case "don't worry be happy"! "Use it or loose it" as THEY say.

Gee,from my POV, the word 'ECOLOGY" has been around since the 60's/70's and not much concern...
the global community is a day late and a dollar short....it has PAST the tipping point and is now at critical mass. It is a sad fact that humans will NEVER pay attention until it is too late. NO,I'm not happy,I'm pissed...and I am so VERY glad that I don't have children, because THEY are the recipients of our stupidity/apathy/selfishness.

Maybe the kids of today can find a way to prevent the axis from shifting, plug all those pesky volcanoes, and control solar activity through common core learning.

Maybe China will end up at one of the poles, That might help the ECOLOGY more than anything. Now that they have become the world's largest economy, I doubt they will be willing to shut down their energy use on their own. A shift of the poles is about the only way to slow down their polluting ways.

At least not having children will shut down any legacy of personal energy use. Just imagine how much energy one baby will use during it's lifetime. Having kids is VERY Earth unfriendly.

Every substantial environmental problem the world faces has one common denominator. Human Population. It has been and continues to be the elephant in the room. I have real disagreements with people who are concerned about one's 'carbon footprint', yet have 2 or 3 children.

Climate Change is all about money and control. That fact could not be clearer. Meanwhile, real environmental problems are ignored and underfunded. Anyone hear the latest on the White Rhino? Does anyone care?

NO, no one care about the alarming rate of species going extinct/or on the brink, there is NO outrage of
the million of pounds of plastic in the ocean and the affect on the ocean life (AND our health, lives). NO
outrage at the chemicals pumped into the ground and the adverse affect on water,creatures,humans....IF you
just glance at the headlines across the globe (daily) you see a pattern...the earth is being raped and the
APATHY is astounding.

There is a DISTINCT and disturbing correlation of the allergies/diseases/illness that is being reported in
children (young and older alike)....but even that does NOT seem to create questions in people's minds.

It's all about money and control.
