GAO findings

With the new findings of the nonpartisan GAO that we (the US govt) isn't prepared for a nuclear attack, large scale natural disaster, etc. Odumbo has an opportunity to appoint another useless czar to oversee the continued failures. Since national security is job number one, maybe we can hope for a large campaign donor with no knowledge whatsoever as to security to head this up.
