Up to a third of Chipotle restaurants are not currently offering Carnitas. Seems a pork supplier they use wasn't raising their pork to the restaurants standards. But some of the whackier people out there think taking pork off the menu is done to appease America's Muslim population.
Worried about Peak Pork myself, I just had a Chipotle carnitas burrito today and it was excellent.
