Provided the Mormons also have their religious rights respected. Sound like a fair deal?

Man/Woman, Man/Man, Woman/Woman, Man/Woman/Woman, Man/Man/Woman...

I don't care anymore, but if they really open the floodgates, I'm going to open a quickie-divorce drive through/ espresso shop and make a mint because the legal definition of marriage will then be a complete joke.

This isn't really about the legal side of the equation. Only a fool would posit that a marriage consists entirely of the legal bond between two people. Marriage also contains an emotional and spiritual bond between them, and this is the recognition which the activists are trying to have the government comment on and establish as being the same for homosexuals and those who feel their gender doesn't match their anatomy as it is for a marriage between heterosexuals. And regardless of how successful they are in getting judges and justices to act as legislators and write laws in the courtroom, what they are actually seeking is not something that the government is capable of delivering.
