I am pleasantly surprised at this result. I figured that Call would get one more term to see if he could duplicate or exceed the results in the off year elections in 2016. Looks like our AG, who was the one that pushed House to run for the spot, has made herself into somewhat of a king-maker now that the candidate she recruited and backed has emerged victorious. Congratulations are due to Cynthia Coffman and Steve House for their achievement. 2016 is looking better already . . .

Got to meet House while a delegate and seemed like a good guy but I hope his social conservatism doesn't hurt Colorado's GOP long term.

I do not know Rep. House. If the goal is to have a" Republican " win then I agree social conservatism may alienate social liberals. However he presents himself as he is and asks for the voters to accept him as that person.
