University With 100% Accuracy Record Predicts Bernie Sanders Will Be America’s Next President
Matt Terzi
November 9, 2015

When Western Illinois University puts together their annual mock presidential election, some pundits tend to perk up and pay attention. After all, they accurately predicted Barack Obama’s presidential win in 2007, and his narrower reelection win in 2011, after the same system had been used to astonishingly predict every presidential election since 1975 with 100% accuracy.

The results of WIU’s 2015 mock election are in , and if you tend to take the mainstream media seriously, the results of that election will more than likely surprise you: Bernie Sanders won the presidency, then the general election… and he did both in a massive landslide.

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

They think Bush is going to be the republican candidate? I think the odds of a Sanders presidency greatly exceeds the chance of Bush being the nominee....

Too bad future generations aren't here to see all the great things we are spending their $$ on!!

I just don't see Bernie Sanders beating Hillary Clinton in the primaries unless Clinton gets indited which I think is also highly unlikely. And even if she did, she might still find a way to stay in the race.

But if Sanders did manage to make it to the election, I think he maybe could beat the Republican because so many high electoral vote states are pretty much fixed in blue. At one time electing a Socialist would of seemed impossible, but that's your new Democrat party folks.

And agree that the university is wrong about Bush being the candidate. He's pretty much toast (though rich toast) at this point.

Well, I am glad it is settled. Now I won't have to bother to vote. In fact we should cancel the election and save a few bucks. We will need them after Bernie is inaugurated.

A post and reply quoting it were moved to the Ring here . As a gentle reminder , please remember that the Courthouse is for discussing the issues and topics; the Ring is for discussions about each other. Thank you!

My head spins when I think of either Sanders or Trump in the White House. I'm for whomever will clean up the huge financial mess we have. Or is it even possible at this late date?

We don't need four more years of Socialism. We need a responsible President who will act and undo the policies of the King Barry administration.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges; When the Republic is at its most corrupt the laws are most numerous. - Publius Cornelius Tacitus
