Not thrilled about it myself. Sounds like Trump's trying to do the same thing with his tax returns and sh*t-show racket that was his university.
When this is the best we have to vote for, we're screwed.
"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther
The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

How stupid! Trump's tax returns are not public documents, created by and for public office holders or appointees. They are private documents. We really have no right to invade Trump's privacy.
On the other hand, the communication documents created or sent to Hillary ARE public documents and are subject to the freedom of information requirements.
You would condemn Trump for wanting his privacy? That is a right of an American citizen. You would deny his rights? How un-American! Isn't privacy what the Abortionist hangs her hat on?
I think there is a better possibility of Trump releasing his tax return than there is of Hillary releasing the transcripts of all her Wall Street speeches. Why is she so hesitant to release them unless of course it would just add more to her history of being a liar and a fraud? And if Trump is expected to release his private tax returns, Clinton should release every detail of her Clinton foundation...how much money went to good causes, where did all the money come from, and how much of that money directly benefitted the Clintons. I think there is much more bad stuff there than would be found in Trumps tax returns.
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
