Remember the old days of the Silent Majority? I have a number of conservative friends who will not discuss politics in the workplace or in public. They are worried about retaliation from vindictive leftists. Because of this, people like Hillary Clinton are surprised when they lose elections. Personally I like hearing different opinions and have even changed my mind on a few issues. Hate living in an echo chamber. Do you know religious fundamentalists? Do you dine with ecological warriors? Do you have social media friends who share different politics than you?

How does receiving information create prejudice? Being informed gives one, at the very least, the opportunity NOT to pre-judge people.

Do you even know what the word "prejudice" means?
