IRONY ALERT: Lt. Gov. Gets $66,000 Raise to Run ‘Office of Saving People Money’

Remember when Gov. Polis launched his aptly named Office of Saving People Money on Health Care in order to get our health care costs under control?
The office and Polis’s appointed leader, Lt. Gov. Dianne Primavera, haven’t even officially started work, but already they’re “saving people money” by promising Primavera a huge freaking raise!
From the files of “Stuff We Couldn’t Make Up,” Watchdog.org reports Primavera will get a $66,000 annual raise, bringing her total salary to $160,000 — more than the governor makes!
Of course, this governor won’t even notice, what with his own personal team of accountants to handle his millions and measly $123,193 salary for running the state into the ground.
That’s Democrats for you, got to spend money to save it!
