The Democrat dominated legislature ignored the voters and put in new drilling regulations designed to make homeowners feel safer. Unintended consequences? Hurt landowners, often farmers who rely on that income and it will also decrease tax revenues from drilling. How will Colorado make up those losses? Raise fees on everything from car registration to utility bills? End Tabor? Or try to restrict it?
