It would be an egregious error to under estimate Kim......again, the king can't COMPLETE a cohesive negotiation.
Is there anyone you can think of who would be able to negotiate with Kim? Should we not try or should we try techniques that haven't yet been tried? I play tournament poker pretty often and it's very difficult to read opponents in the short run but when you play with the same people long enough you begin to understand their tells and strategies.
If you decide to stay out of the game completely, like Obama did, you can't expect to ever take the bad guy down.

I think the king is completely crackers to taunt kim..( "ROCKETMAN'') Because, Kim is determined to show the superior abilities of his country and he is dead serious in his ambitions
