During the bogus Kavanaugh lynching attempt CNN had this POS on their network over 100 times and was fawned over by everybody on that least trusted news network. Little Brian Stelter even said he would make a great Democrat candidate for president!! LOL
Here's the extent on CNN's coverage of this story:
A jury found Michael Avenatti guilty on all three counts he was facing in federal court. Prosecutors accused Avenatti of attempting to extort Nike for millions of dollars.
It was always the women, and above all the young ones, who were the most bigoted adherents of the Party, the swallowers of slogans, the amateur spies and nosers−out of unorthodoxy
CNN Producer: He is a scumbag.
CNN Host: He has evidence against Trump and it is about sex."
CNN Producer: Sex crimes against Trump? Give Avenatti an hour every night!"
Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.
There is only one reason why anyone even knows Avenatti’s name, and it has nothing to do with Nike. It’s because Trump had an affair with a porn star and paid her hush money to keep her from telling the story to voters before the 2016 election.
So, who is the good guy here? Trick question! None of them.
There are no heroes in this story. It’s scuzzbucket politics, all the way down. Which is the type of thing that conservatives used to try to avoid. First there’s Trump, the man who cheated on his lovely wife, who was at home caring for their new baby, with random women he met while “out on business.” Then there are the two women who had affairs with him: porn actress Stormy Daniels and Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal. They both knew Trump was married. They both tried to sell their stories before the election and they both accepted hush money to stay quiet.
If you hate Michael Avenatti, don’t blame The Media. Trump is the one who brought him into your life.
That’s not a coincidence.
"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther
The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

That article is from The Bulwark, a conservative publication, and was written by
Amanda Carpenter, "former communications director to Sen. Ted Cruz and speechwriter to Sen. Jim DeMint."
Hardly "The Left."

From Wikipedia:
In July 2015, Carpenter returned to her journalism career.[9] She is a contributor for CNN.[10] She is known for critiquing President Trump, in particular his treatment of women.[10] Carpenter has said that she agrees with some of his policy decisions, but that the scandals surrounding his presidency make it "very difficult" to defend him.[10] In her 2018 book Gaslighting America: Why We Love It When Trump Lies to Us, she critiques Trump's propensity for lying.[11][12][13]
As to the Bulwark, I would expect someone from the Left to proffer the Bulwark as a conservative blog, how about these two contributors featured prominently on there home page, "Tim Miller is a contributor to The Bulwark and a communications consultant. He previously served as senior advisor to the anti-Trump Our Principles PAC, communications director for Jeb Bush, and spokesman for the Republican National Committee.
Richard North Patterson is a lawyer, political commentator and best-selling novelist. He is a former chairman of Common Cause and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
I will add that Mona Charen is a contributor, also featured on the home page. AND for the piece de resistance, the editor at large is Bill Kristol, formerly a Never Trumper, now a democrat unabashedly so.
I do think that it is necessary to further debunk the assertion that it is a conservative publication.

Kinda like Rick Wilson? LOL
It's amazing how every topic has to be brought back to Trump in some way.
You know SC, you're likely going to have to vote for either Sanders or Bloomberg if you want to help to take Trump out. So you guys are going to either get a guy that will destroy the economy or a guy that's everything the left has been whining about for the last 3 years, and worse. Sophie's choice 2020. unreal yet strangely satisfying.
