can get this done, U would think the mass of minds at the capitol SHOULD be able to successfully roll this out. One can ONLY hope.
I eagerly await the antibody test too. I suspect me and the wife already got it, her in January, I in February on a cruise. Coronavirus has been around for a long time, and this is just another strain like SARS and H1N1.
The certification card? I don't think this is really all that valuable. You could always catch it right after your card is laminated.
