Actually he is the President no matter what your delusions tell you. At least until January. This current crisis has given all levels of government too much power. None of us got to vote on these shutdowns. And in most cases, not even our legislatures voted. Most of the country is ruled by governors, mayors, and a president as the legislative branch is reduced to approving more spending if they are even in session. Colorado's is not in session and may nor return until next January. (They normally recess for the year in May.)
