And here is an example of 'CALLING OUT" a questionable situation....(in case the concept is
foreign to U)

States don't have to declare bankruptcy. They can tighten their belts, maybe sell some assets. Lease some properties. It is dangerous to keep bailing out states that aren't fiscally responsible like New York and California. That is what years of one party rule gets you.
