Surprised the House is not taking a more active stance in the middle of a giant pandemic. Especially during an election year. Really thought they would be creating a massive infrastructure bill so that incumbent House members can show voters all the money they are returning to home districts in the form of new roads, bridges and other projects.
Hopefully they are crafting the legislation while sitting at home. BTW, anyone else think it is time to change the rules of Congress? Let the members vote from home during the pandemic, and then if it works well, extend the new rules.
Democrats want to let the whole nation vote by mail, this would be one way to show they trust remote voting.
