This is a Black Swan event so many industries will take a huge hit. Travel, especially cruising might take ten years to recover. Any large events won't be back, Some believe the theater season won't return until June of next year.
Some of these employees can make the change to other industries. Housing starts were up 20% in the last recording period. The latest forecast I saw for fall unemployment numbers were 10%. That seems about right.
