Mark my words, we are about to witness the dumbest move since Democrats picked Biden for president.
Watch what happens when they fundamentally change the way laws are enforced and order is maintained. Watch what happens when criminals of all races, genders, and motivations no longer fear prison and have more power than could have ever imagined.
Wait for it....

The lunatics have taken over the asylum? The hard Left wing of the party really thinks the anti-cop hate will help them to win in November, but I don't see it that way. One of the biggest needs for humans is feeling secure. I think Americans feel more secure knowing police will respond to that 911 call. Most can't afford private security and don't live in gated communities.
This defund movement isn't liked by Democrats like Biden and might even cause a schism in the party. Biden has a long tradition of supporting law and order.

Think of all the people who have lived in NYC for decades and remember what it was like before Rudy put a stop to it. Now NYC is headed back to a criminal cesspool and the leftist leaders have no clue what is coming. Hopefully Polis and Hancock get some good advice that they actually consider before they destroy Denver and surrounding areas.

Sorry Rick,
Downtown Denver has suffered a major hit. There will be no activities at the DCPA (Denver Center for the Preforming Arts) in the 20-21 season. No baseball, No football with spectators, forget the Pepsi Center events and sports. All the restaurants downtown are crippled. 50% capacity no one allowed at the bar. Went back to the Capital Grille on Larimer St when it was allowed to open. No ambience whatsoever. Being served by someone wearing a mask and a bartender in a mask did not make for an enjoyable evening.
A CHOP/CHAZ is being set up near the Capitol. Very uncomfortable to walk on the street. No police presence, who can blame them? The "homeless" are pissed off because the traffic is minimal and there is no one giving them money.
No longer a city that one wants to live in.
The last time I was at RR was a Jimmy Buffet concert. After about 3 skooners of ultimate mags at Morrison Inn, then a pint of 151 rum, I was hurling on the rocks. Too old for any of that now. Sad to think about telling the younger generations that there were sports that were actually played prior to the rona etc. WALOS this has become.

Namaste!
Seattle is attempting to dismantle CHOP again. We will see how far they get this time.
Did you see the pictures of BLM bullshit spry painted on those rocks? I'd love to catch someone doing that, it wouldn't be pretty.

No, I didn't. Quite sad, hard to power wash those off without destroying the rocks themselves.
