Exactly. The three of them were far away from anyone else, and probably are tested often and quarantine together.

To wit, there is a set of rules for plebeians, Our betters do not have to follow those rules.
They were far away from anyone else because no plebeians were allowed to attend the game.
It is an assumption on your part that they "quarantine together". Quarantine means stay at home for 14 days according to the CDC. What do you think it means?

The man is 78 and constantly meeting with others. I admit I have no evidence but common sense would tell you he is being tested often. Trump is tested often too. Pro athletes also.
