Climate Change Declines Under A Global Pandemic?

Since literally billions of people have stopped driving and flying, limited traveling, lost jobs and stopped commuting, shouldn't the planet be getting cooler according to the anti-capitalist enviro's?

Sure hasn't seen that way in California and Colorado this year. Constant fire bans and both states are aflame.
Twin hurricanes are bearing down on the Gulf of Mexico. Iowa just was attacked by a Derecho. Weather just doesn't seem to be following the models.

Both happened during the Great Recession. But there are always other influences and it might have just been timing. For instance, less volcanos, less forest fires, the Earth traveling through a dirty part of space so we don't get as much sun.
