How are you voting on this one? To me, this appears to be an attempt to make homeowners pay more in property taxes and reduce the dependence on businesses to supply the majority of property receipts.
I will have to think about this one. In one way, it seems like a bad idea to hit homeowners up for more money while so many Coloradoans are out of work. But I have always thought it was unfair to force small and big businesses to provide the majority of the property tax receipts.
